AUTUMN RESET: A WOODLAND WELLNESS DAY

Overview

Join us in the beautiful surroundings of Yearsley Woods this October for a gentle day of movement, mindfulness and nature connection.

As the seasons begin to change and the pace of life picks up towards winter, this is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and reset.

Our Autumn Reset experience combines mindful practices, meaningful reflection and energising movement to help you feel grounded, present and restored.

 

Your day includes

  • Optional social trail run before the event

  • Herbal teas, coffee and homemade bakes 

  • A guided 5 senses Woodland walk

  • Gratitude journaling and reflection

  • A calming forest tea ceremony (and intention setting?)

  • Guided Autumn intention setting

  • A strong and uplifting yoga x Pilates fusion class, practiced barefoot amongst the trees

  • Relaxing and grounding meditation

  • A personal affirmation card to take home

 

This experience is designed for anyone looking to spend time outdoors, reconnect with themselves and embrace the beauty of Autumn in a supportive and welcoming community.

No previous yoga, Pilates or running experience is required.
