A friendly and progressive yoga class. This class is my original community class. A very supportive and warm environment. Where we learn and grow together. The idea behind this class is that we 'come home' to yoga, to the basics of a traditional and authentic yoga practice. With sprinklings of creativity we move and flow, breathe and connect cultivate a mixture of vibrancy and calm. Centering, sun salutations, classic standing postures, seated postures and opportunity to progress in such areas as back bending and inversions. A well deserved and balancing shavasana to close. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy Thursday yoga: Cancel and reschedule classes at your leisure online or via our Community WhatsApp group Outdoor yoga: Book-able on the Single class plan. Subject to weather. In case of cancellation due to excessive rain the class can be redeemed at Thursday Yoga within a 1 month window, or alternatively Joanna will be in touch regarding a refund. Mini retreats and workshops: 1 to 3 months before the Retreat Start Date: If you cancel 1 to 3 months before the retreat start date, you will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid. 2 to 4 weeks before the retreat start date: If you cancel 2 to 4 weeks before the retreat start date, you will be refunded 25% of the total amount paid. Less than 2 weeks before the retreat start date: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the retreat start date. No Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Early Departures: No refunds will be issued for early departures from the retreat.
