Spring mini retreat Sunday 28th April 8am – 11am £25 (early bird) book before 31/3/24 £30 (full price thereafter) Refresh | Rebalance | Renew This 3-hour mini retreat is your chance to do something good for yourself this Spring. In this retreat we will connect with the notion of Spring, starting peacefully and with a seed of intention (Sankalpa) we will prepare through balancing and calming pranayama techniques (breathwork) and a mindfulness meditation. We will progress into movement, warming up the joints and then growing through an energising and invigorating yoga practice. All before winding down with a sumptuous restful mini guided yoga Nidra and shavasana ~ all in order to emerge finish feeling bright yet grounded, renewed and refreshed. What is included? 45 minutes ~ pranayama, intention setting and mindfulness meditation. 15 minute ~ tea break (lemon, ginger and honey plus energy ball) 90 minute ~ yoga practice with extended shavasana 30 minute ~ breakfast (homemade granola, yoghurt and berry pot) Suitable for: All yoga practitioners. Plenty of variations offered.
